How luxurious are your vehicles?

• Our mini vans are top of the range and include air conditioning, leather seats, DVD player, satellite navigation and sunroof.

How do I book?

• Bookings may be made by phone, email, fax or through the website. For airport transfers please complete our online booking form and a confirmation email will be returned.

What if I have to cancel?

• We understand plans change and so please give us as much notice as possible. A full refund will be given. Airport pick up cancellations made under 24 hours will not be refunded.

Are you a taxi service?

• No, you cannot hail us from the street and we do not have meters in the vehicles. We are a privately chartered transportation service booked in advance for a set charge.

• Yes, all of our vehicles comply with state regulations for legal road use and all our drivers are licensed by the state. All vehicles are insured for the number of passengers with seat belts as required by law.

• Our mini vans hold 7 passengers, 3 in the back row, 3 in the middle row and 1 in the front passenger seat and every seat has a seat belt as required by law.

• Yes, Florida law required all children of a certain age to have child seats. Child seats must be reserved at time of booking for a fee of $5 per transfer.

• $5 for each child seat per transfer.
• $10 for trips between 12 midnight and 6am.
• Tolls - MCO $5& SFB $10 each way.
